the inhale/exhale of the breath and the beating heart...These life-rhythms are natural
components of our being...seen and unseen.

At BodyRhythms, most of the music used during a massage session does more than create
an atmosphere.  The chosen selections are usually of Middle Eastern/Northern African and
Asian origin, providing a foundation for relaxation and healing.

and waterfall that lies just beyond
the patio doors....

Swedish Massage:

Total relaxation and stress reduction by increasing
circulation and calming the nervous system using
light - moderate pressure.

60 min. Swedish - $70.00
90 min. Swedish - $95.00
120 min. Swedish - $135.00*
*Includes scalp, hands, feet & face.

Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

Slower and focused on specific muscle groups.  This work
gets to the deeper muscle tissue layers for muscle release,
to flush the metabolic wastes from the muscle tissues,
increase circulation.

60 min. Deep Tissue - $80.00
90 min. Deep Tissue - $120.00

Hot Stone Massage:

Naturally formed smooth volcanic basalt stones used for
their high iron content and inherent heat-holding properties.
The stones are heated, combined with warm massage oil
and used as an extension of the therapist’s hands to
massage the body for deep penetrating muscle relaxation
and energy balancing.  Scented essential oils are used but
may be omitted at the client’s discretion for those sensitive
to fragrances.

60 min. Hot Stone Massage - $90.00
90 min. Hot Stone Massage - $120.00

Chair Massage:

The therapist utilizes combo of compression, stretches &
tapotement, through the client’s clothing w/o the use of oils
or creams. Loose comfortable clothing is required.

30 min. Chair Massage - $30.00
60 min. Chair massage - $60.00

Combo Massages:

A 1 hr. Swedish massage, finishing the treatment w/ a 30
min. foot reflexology session

60 Swedish/30 Foot Reflexology - $100.00

Jim intuitively knows just what to do and is fully present. I lose all sense of time with his touch. One of the best massages I've ever had. He has a

Jim is a terrific therapist and has a very soothing set up in his massage space. There is a waterfall just beyond the glass door in the garden which
trickles and relaxes the senses. The lighting and music are low and calming. Jim's style of massage is a combination of techniques he's learned from
various sources: Thai, Shiatsu, other things I don't know much about - but they feel great. He includes some gentle stretches in his massage, lifting your
limbs and rotating or pushing slightly to address tension in hamstrings, arm and other taut fibers of the body. He is very thorough and will take his time,
almost never letting his hands release your body completely until the massage is over. I had a very rewarding experience with Jim and hope
not too many other people will fill up his schedule now. :-) - H.C.

Jim was extremely generous with his time and worked out some specific trouble areas on my back. The massage had a pleasing variety of techniques
